Richard did wonderful service even with me not in the state. He went above and beyond what some realtor’s do. If he was in my home state I would hire him in a minute. I could call him anytime & he always got back to me if he couldn’t answer right then. He would show you a house on your time & if you are not there he would walk you though while he was there. I would recommend him for buying or selling your property. If he was in my state I would hire him in a heartbeat.
