Highly recommend. Very well organized and great communication. He always answered my emails very often. We had to find home crafts people to help with painting and some repairs. Richard gave me a list of recommended people that worked out great. We were able to work together efficiently, even though one of the parties was stationed overseas. Richard has good knowledge of home constructio which helped greatly given we needed a residing job done. No pressure, just helps you through the process no matter how difficult to ensure you sell the home at the right price.
