Professionalism Level Excellent
Richard help me thru guidance and looking for properties in my range. He assisted me with a mortgage lender that Pre approve me the amount needed and more. Richard always took care of my calls and texts. Went above and beyond in the house hunting mission. Always the first one and available. Very helpful with negotiating. I would recommend Richard 100%.
