Richard is a great guy

I recently used Turpin to sell my old home and purchase my new one. It was a fantastic experience all around. It makes such a huge difference to work with such a reputable and well-regarded firm. Our realtor was very knowledgeable about the area the current market and helped us navigate every step of the process. We are extremely pleased all around - and from start to finish. Highly recommend Turpin; they are simply unsurpassed.

3 days agoMy husband and I had a beautiful home in Tewksbury that we decided to put on the market to move closer to our toddler/newborn grandchildren. We decided to meet with a few realtors to get a sense of "the best fit" for us. Our first appointment was with Jan Clark and Rich Burgstresser. Full disclosure: they were the clear front runners because everybody in our historic scenic area recommended them. We met them and you guessed it we cancelled the other appointments. Jan is as gracious intelligent warm and knowledgeable as can be. She and her husband raised their family here and she knows the history and value of the area. You want her as your buying agent and your selling agent. And although she doesn't know this I would've loved to have stayed where we were and had her as a friend. Rich is the most perfect partner for her. Whip smart high energy he takes care of every little hitch in the get along and knows all of the best professionals in the fields (at reasonable rates) to come in for inspections photographs etc. He lives in our hamlet as well and he was invaluable just like Janet in being there for us every step of the way. He's so positive and outgoing. We felt that this incredible team was a gift. Richard and I cannot recommend them enough. Turpin is THE agency in this beautiful part of New Jersey and the office in Oldwick is held in very high esteem.
