Looking to buy our first home we began the search with another real estate agent. In the neighborhood where we resided there was an open house going on a couple blocks over. We went to see the house, love it, it was exactly what we were looking for but outside of our purchase budget. This is how we met Rick, he advised us there were other homes in the area similar within our budget. Immediately the next weekend he was showing us properties. Even in the era of online services like Zillow, and Redfin, there is no replacing an experienced realtor. Rick creates a professional proposal, an extensive marketing plan, advises on what needs to be done to maximize sale price. He uses a professional photographer and videographer to make the best visual impression of your home on various websites, along with social media and traditional listing techniques. Whenever we made an appointment with Rick he was always on time! Rick was very professional and quick, which was exactly what we needed. Very thorough and organize. One of his key attributes is his patience. Beside this one deal that the seller backed out on us, he was still persistent.
