We started looking for a house/lot in September...
We started looking for a house/lot in September 2016 with Rich and made a move here in February 2017 from St. Louis. Rich is very knowledgeable, personable, endlessly patient and very generous with his time. We looked at many houses but then decided to purchase a lot and build. Rich helped us out with explaining every part of the process thoroughly. With us being hours away Rich also sent us pictures weekly on the progress of our home being built. Since then my daughter has moved here and is now in the process of building her new home. We highly recommend Rich!!
