Searching for a condo in FT. Lauderdale.

We were searching the web in October for a condo in FT. Lauderdale and happened to select Rick's web page and put in an email. He sent different MLS listings monthly for us to review. We didn't talk to him until May. We visited the area and Rick showed a bunch of condo's that met our criteria. His help was invaluable in securing the mortgage in a timely manner. He was available anytime we called or texted him with questions or concerns. We signed a contract May 8 to secure our condo. Thanks Rick.
