Richard Aybar is an amazing Realtor. He assisted me with my home purchase during the pandemic. I was able to purchase my home sight unseen because of Richard's dedication and hard work. He went to each home I was interested in and videotaped each home, room by room so we can see every inch of the homes. He was the most responsive realtor I have ever met. Every question answered within minutes of asking. He was patient and a joy to work with. To this day, he is always available for any questions. He always checks on us to make sure we are doing well and are happy with our home purchase. I highly recommend Richard. He truly cares about his client's needs, he's in this business to help people find their dream home, not to make a commission. His advice was invaluable, his patience unmatched.
