Richard helped the reviewer sell this property

Professional!!!

couldn't have asked for a better experience with Richard. His knowledge in this industry is exceptional. He is always extremely professional yet treats you like family. We went through a few hiccups with our buyer but a backup plan was in place in every instance. His ability to find the right listing price proved to be invaluable, not only maximizing our profit, but decreasing our time in the market. We were SOLD in 6 hours from the time it was listed. Thats right!!!!! SIX HOURS!!! Absolutely amazing experience and could not have come this far without the exceptional customer service of this gentleman. Highly highly recommended.
