I did a new build with a developer. Rick provided helpful insight into items that would be a good resale selection. It helped me make decisions on items that I did not feel strongly one way or the other. This was very helpful to me as this is only my second house! Highly recommend Rick for anyone - first time buyers or those who have been through the Gambit before
