That proved to be essential as this home went on the market just before the Pandemic started. This first sale was cancelled by the buyer when the Pandemic struck. In total, it took four attempts to get this sale made. Rich was always on top of the situation as he was quick to adapt to constantly changing circumstances. He quickly addressed any and all questions or issues that arose along the way during this challenging time. This would have taken much longer without his deep local market knowledge and tenacious dedication to getting this sale on the books.
