First of all we need to have more stars here to appropriately represent Richa. She is truly a rock star!! She has the patience of a saint, she will see 1,10,20,30,40.... whatever number of houses you need to in order to find your dream home without raising an eyebrow. I love that as a client I am not just a number to her but she is really invested in me. She has great knowledge about the area she services but the icing on the cake is she also has a solid knowledge about construction and building homes, this truly sets her apart from her peers. She does not cut off contact with you after the sale is done, she continues to help you with many aspects long after the sale is done.
