I certainly recommend Rich! Rich helped me search for my current residence and had great knowledge of the area and comps as far as the best " bang for our Buck." We needed someone who could communicate quickly and efficiently as we were buying a home in an area where houses go quick based on limited availability. When we inquired about seeing homes, Rich set up appointments with a sense of urgency, the same sense of urgency we had in regards to being to get in and look at immediately before other potential buyers. Once we found the home we had high interest in, Rich provided comps for homes in the area and educated us on the fair market value for the home. Additionally, Rich had a keen sense of where our offer should be through experience and negotiation skills he had obviously learned from years of experience. Long story short, we believe we purchased the home we currently live in at a very fair price and at a price we think will work for us long term and in the event we decide to sell/move in the,( the return will be good.) Rich was knowledgeable in all regards of the process, from suggesting the most competitive/reputable lenders down to explaining the whole purchasing process ( understanding inspection, understanding the buyers rights and/or what to be aware of etc.) I admire the fact that Rich never seemed to try to influence are interest in any specific house, Rich remained neutral and answered any questions or concerns we threw at him while trying to decide if a particular home was the right fit for us. Outstanding knowledge of the whole process, Responds right away on all inquiries and proved to have strong negotiation skills on our behalf!
