This is the 3rd house Rich has helped me sell. All of them being real challenges due to their conditions. Rich did more than any realtor normally would. Selling this home in particular was a long process. He never gave up on it. He earned every penny of his commission and more. He guided me, helped with finding contractors even chasing town people for permits via phone calls and even several visits to the town offices. He helped calm me during the stressful times.
