Rich is definitely one of the good ones. He is always friendly, professional and will take you to a bunch of houses until you find the right one. He did that for me on my first house and years later help me sell that house. I couldn't be happier with the service that he has given me.

Selling this home in particular was a long process. He never gave up on it. He earned every penny of his commission and more. He guided me, helped with finding contractors even chasing town people for permits via phone calls and even several visits to the town offices. He helped calm me during the stressful times.
