I can't say enough good things about Rich. It was a very stressful time for me and my wife and Rich was there for us every step of the way. He always went above and beyond for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and very good at his job. He knew exactly what to list my house for and did such a great job with advertising that I received an offer on the very 1st showing of my house and it was for $6k over my asking price. Rich is the best and I would never hire any other agent with something as important as selling my house and finding me my Dream Home!!!
