What can we say about Rich? He has an infinite knowledge of the area, he's efficient, he's patient, he takes time to answer questions, he's prompt, and he's trustworthy. He assisted us in all phases of the purchase, including the search, inspections, negotiations, finding contractors and getting repair quotes. Coming from out of state and from a suburban area, we had many questions regarding Pennsylvania laws and living in an urban area. Rich provided guidance through it all. We looked on this move as an adventure, and Rich, more than once, kept it just that and not a disaster. He listened and internalized our needs and our wants. Then, he provided us with viable choices. Although we made some compromises, Rich found us a home that basically met our expectations and in some ways exceeded them. Along the way, he kept us from making mistakes out of the desperation of "let's just get this over with now!" After six months of ups and downs, we found our house, or should we say Rich kept going until he found our house for us. Never did he show frustration or give up on us and our dream of an adventure in the city. We hope he'll be a part of that dream. Thank you, Rich.
