Rich was incredible to work with. He was always easy to get ahold of, and had everything organized and on lock for us. Any questions we had, he'd either have the answer, or would find out. There were multiple occasions where we had to call him to take care of situations we were not able to handle, and he had no problem taking the problem on and solving it, even if it involved different professionals in the process. We had no idea what we were doing and had to go through the whole gauntlet of buying a first house in a very accelerated timeline, but Rich was still always there with answers and solutions. In addition, if you're moving from out of state, this is definitely your guy. We were 1700 miles away during most of the process, but still felt properly informed and included. He'll provide video tours of houses, either recorded or live, and can even provide extra perspective with aerial footage from a drone. His curated list of houses sent from the MLS system let us view and consider houses the second they were on the market, which proved to be a big advantage. Rich knows his area well, and can provide plenty of recommendations to suit any need. His help and advice through negotiations made the process easy, and he managed to save us several thousand dollars in cash and assets. He's also an all-around great guy, and was fun work with, making a very stressful process much easier. We're now in our dream home halfway across the country at a great price, and we could not have done that without Rich's unique and skillful assistance. He's well worth hiring, and I will be recommending him to any friends and family that follow us.
