Rich Kelley

We have worked with Rich a couple times and at this point I can't imagine working with anyone else. He seamlessly allows us to feel out the properties while offering expert and reasonable advice and notions to consider, then acts on behalf of our requests with the realization that timing is everything when it comes to home buying. He has gotten to know our preferences very well with a natural intuition and has helped us see dreams come to reality by placing us in some extraordinary homes that were not necessary easily to obtain. Every step along the way, and there are many steps, I had full confidence that if we do what we need to on our end, Rich will be taking care of the rest and so I never felt worried that there were loose ends. It is a pleasure to spend time with him. He is funny, congenial and has a ton of world experiences that make it easy for him to relate to anyone I imagine. Hire him. You will not be disappointed.

Rich did a great job in advising us on the sale of our home and helped us purchase a home as well. He offered great staging ideas, followed up promptly with interested buyers and was willing to hold frequent open houses which were well attended. Very happy with everything that rich did to help us sell our home.

Rich was our listing agent for a small town property, not the closest to where he's based. He was there often, did a great job and got the deal done for us. I'd definitely use him again, to buy or to sell.
