Rich Johnson was a Godsend to us when we sold our home of 32 years. He made the process seem effortless, walked us through every step from A to Z. He was available for us throughout the home selling journey, prep, listing, sale, and closing. Rich responded to any questions we had promptly, and was an extremely calming presence. Rich was down to earth and didn’t promise us the moon as many people in sales often due, but he sure did deliver AND well beyond our expectations. He sold our home in one weekend! I have never been involved in a home sale before. When I was faced with trying to make a decision on selling my in-laws home I was looking for a knowledgeable realtor I could trust fully. Rich Johnson became that person to me. I had concerns about a reverse mortgage that was in place as well as needing a quick sale for it all to work for us. A beautiful video of the home was put together and the listing went up. Within 5 days we were blessed with numerous offers and ended up accepting a cash offer above the asking price. I should add that this all took place in December during covid. What more could we ask for?
