They help me in anyway they could. There was a few difficulties I ran into which could have stopped the sale of my house. It was minor things, but needed to be done ASAP. They got me through them and my house was sold within weeks of being put up for sale I would definitely recommend them and if I ever sell the house and now they will be the first ones that I called. Selling the property as an estate, with little experience in the home buying & selling process, Rich was very supportive and helpful. He initially met with me to talk about trends in the area and went over the specs and numbers for the home. Once the home was listed, Rich had a photographer come in and take pictures and listed the home quickly. Since I was not living in the home at the time, Rich routinely went by the house to make sure it was clean and things were running smoothly for showings. Once there were offers in, Rich thoroughly explained what was in each contract and outlined the finer print that I never knew to ask about. Through the entire process, Rich was a strong communicator and he was very reliable. He was working late hours to ensure contracts were updated and complete and he was always available to take my calls and answer my (many) questions.
