He navigated every component including the online marketing, staging, contacting current termite company for final inspection, arranging hiring of repairman for any repairs needed, negotiating with the buyer and her agent, etc. with absolute precision and made it look so easy. He was very knowledgeable in the pricing of my home in order to get the best price. Richard was always there to advocate for me, encourage me through the process.
