Ricardo helped the reviewer buy this property

Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable and responsive as our real estate agent

Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable and responsive as our real estate agent. As first time home buyers, we had so many questions and were nervous about such an important process and decision. Ricardo answered all questions and concerns we had and immediately put us at ease. He made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. His interpersonal and communication skills are superb. He took our dream vision and made it a reality. I can not stress how much work, time, and effort he put into our home search. He simply MADE IT HAPPEN. Ricardo has our highest recommendation. We just closed escrow last week and are ecstatic to move into our new home! We are very grateful and excited to continue to work with him in the future. Thank you Ricardo
