As a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect and at first I thought it would be extremely difficult to own property. Ricardo is extremely knowledgeable and has extraordinary people skills. We looked at more than 20 properties, Ricardo had our weekends planned for us since we work Mon-Fri. We had multiple properties to view every time. He took the time to understand our needs and he definitely delivered on the promise of finding your perfect home.
