Ricardo is a good communicator and has good market knowledge. His negotiation skills are diplomatic and to the point. Our calls were always answered promptly. We moved out of the area before we sold and he never hesitated to check on our property when we had problems. He was referred to us by friends who had had excellent results with selling their properties. His skills with our HOA resulted in very favorable outcomes for us and his thoughtfulness was exceptional all of the time!
