Ricardo provided a lot of information to set a good asking price, described all the cost and fees to sell. We signed the contract, he came back and took many quality pictures and that evening he listed the house. The next day we started to receive notices to show the house. Within 3 days we had a cash buyer offering the full asking prices. Ricardo did a remarkable and professional job. He was also very helpful with all the details of completing the sell from the signing of the contract to the closing. Two weeks before the closing our new home plan was no longer suitable; Ricardo immediately helped us find a replacement home within two days. A previously used Ricardo to sell another house with the same experience, the house was very professional advertised and we received a full asking price within a few days. I do not think you count find a more qualified and helpful agent!

Ricardo was awesome! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about finding the perfect home and the home buying process. Ricardo made everything easy and always answered questions quickly. He worked with us until we found a home that met all our criteria and took us on multiple house viewings. He found houses that met our criteria as soon as they hit the market and was quick to write up our offer letter. Prior to closing, we needed contractors to come by the house to get price estimates on work to begin immediately following closing. He came multiple times to allow contractors to get estimates in asap. If we ever buy another home or sell ours we will definitely work with Ricardo again!
