I was researching a lot my husband had owned for many, many years. Ricky was in the area showing property and took the time to acquaint me with the area and gave me an idea of value for the lot. I later listed with his company and he sold the lot within a couple of months at the price he originally quoted. This was a small transaction. Not much of a payday for Ricky but he followed through until closing. Saw that all of my requests were met. I could not have asked for more.

Ricardo is a great agent dependable, reliable keeps you updated and always gets things done right away.

Ricky was always professional, pleasant and patient. We looked at 5 houses and then came back to look at 2 again. Then we came back to look at the one we ended up buying before we made our offer. He was always pleasant, and we had a lot of questions.

Ricardo it’s very professional, gets things done quickly, very responsible and gets things done on time
