Our purpose for our May 2020 trip to Florida was dual: to sell our smaller unit in Phase 3 of the Sunrise Lakes development and buy a larger one, preferably in Phase 4. The sale of our unit was a really great experience: we got an excellent price and we sold it, in cash, to the first people who came to see it. Because we were now looking for something we were going to enjoy the rest of our lives, we wanted to be sure and see many different apartments. And we did. Within our first 10 days of search, Ricardo took us a to see nine or ten different units. For each and everyone of them we had questions. In some cases, Ricardo knew the answers. When he didn't, he asked the seller or the agent in charge for the information we wanted to know. Here is were Ricardo showed his true professionalism and patience. All of our questions were satisfactorily answered. When we finally settled in the apartment we would end buying, we asked for $4,000 reduction on the sale price. Ricardo got us that. Today, we are the proud and very happy owners of a unit that has all it needs to have to be a perfect retirement home.

In mid May 2020, my wife Norma and I, tired of the cold New York winters, drove to Florida in order to find and apartment in which we could live happily and comfortably the rest of our "golden years". The year before, 2019, we had acquired a unit in Phase 3 of the Sunrise Lakes development. Although the unit was nice and comfortable, neither of us was completely happy with it. We needed something a little larger and with a better view. By the time we left for Florida, we were already in electronic contact with Ricardo Amezquita, who came to see us right after we arrived. After going over some ideas on price and conditions, then he took some excellent photos of the apartment and published them in his web site. The result was amazing: the very first people who came to see the apartment placed a deposit for it and less than a month later, closed the deal, paying us cash for it. We have never heard before that an apartment was sold so quickly and for exactly the same amount it was being sold for. We expected to be asked for a reduction in price. But no. We were paid the exact same amount we asked for. Ricardo's pictures quality was excellent and very helpful with the sell, but it was also his advice on how to present things that made the sale so easy and convenient. He answered, patiently and with knowledge all the many questions we had for him. It was a great and rewarding experience. We recommend him with enthusiasm and gratitude.
