Ric was amazing. I live out of the area and couldn't be there to supervise the process. He took a difficult sale of an inherited rental property and made it easy. He coordinated with the tenant and the property management firm to get the house ready to show. Then he convinced me to list the house for more than I thought possible to obtain, and then sold it for more than that in a few weeks. Ric then supervised the vendors and coordinated with them doing the repairs required to close, as well as with the tenant, Ric spending his own time to first find and then meet with vendors to get the repairs done both cost effectively and expeditiously. Ric was great to work with and I can't recommend him too highly. Michael
