Ric Goodman & Kim Paton

Ric & Kim were awesome agents! We were first time home buyers and we had tons of questions, but Ric & Kim were always available and more than willing to answer questions and explain details. They took us to see every house that peaked our interest, even if the place was an overpriced dump. They were also very accommodating and setup showings around our work schedules. We ended up purchasing a short sale, to which Ric & Kim were very knowledgeable on the short sale process. They we're also very knowledgeable on the housing requirements for different types of loans. At this time we are happy in our new home and we thank Ric & Kim for making it a smooth process! We love our home and plan to stay in it for a long time, but if the day comes that we decide to sell, we will call up Ric & Kim.

Ric & Kim helped us find our second home. We are from the Orange County area and was not familiar with the San Diego area. They showed us several homes in many different areas and taught us about each community. They were very helpful and patience with our wants and needs. We loved them!!!!!
