Ric had our best interests in mind
Ric set the price at what he felt the market would bear. I didn't think for a minute we would get what we listed it at. Ric had confidence we would. We had multiple offers and entered into escrow with one. That family could not solidify their financing and Ric immediately went to the second offer and secured them for us. We sold the house for over $100,000 higher than what I thought we would get thanks to Ric's knowledge of the marketplace.
