Rianna moved quickly for us and placed our offer before anyone else was able to make one. Rianna helped us get credits at closing that we weren’t expecting, kept in constant communication, helped us schedule trustworthy inspectors and kept us informed the entire time. We feel lucky that we had the opportunity to work with her and feel even luckier to have a friend like her in our community.

She was very helpful and worked hard on finding a resolution for me. I enjoyed working with her. She’s very pleasant and fun. I would hire her again. She was prompt with responding and taking my calls. She initially met me to show me some empty lots. She offered a lot of insight on new construction builds. There happened to be one house for sale in the neighborhood I was looking. She already had reserved a showing in case I was interested. And I was. I can’t believe it worked out. The house has an incredible view!
