Ria was wonderful. She took us through every step of the sale. She assisted with recommendations that would assist in a quick and quality sale. Ria was very caring as we were selling a family home that was a difficult sale for the family. We would recommend Ria greatly!!!

Ria is extremely knowledgeable. Her personality is down to earth. She returns text and phone calls fairly quickly which met my expectations. When selling your home make sure Engineers plat map matches parcels as Perry County maps are not current. Recommend that seller ask questions to broker around responding to offers and who develops paperwork for counteroffer(s). Overall, she got the home sold but some effort from seller was required.
