Great for first time sellers

My wife and I have never sold a house before, so there were a lot of small details we had no idea about going into the process. Rhonda was a fount of information and good advice for getting us to the point of listing to give us the best chances of selling. Not only was the information exceptional, Rhonda also has a bevy of great tradesman she can call on that do fantastic work at reasonable prices to get the house show ready and ensure that any fixes are done the right way. Throughout the entire process, Rhonda was extraordinarily communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Not only that, but she also went hands on and took time out of her busy schedule to help with staging and even some touchups around the house!
