I hired Rhonda to sell our home as we relocated across the country. We interviewed a handful of agents and were immediately sold with Rhonda. Given our relocation across the country before even listing our home, we needed an agent who was incredibly involved and willing to help out with our home while we were away. We made our needs clear up front and she went above and beyond all expectations. She is very direct with little sugar coating, which was really appreciated. She was clear about our expectations and pragmatic in guiding decisions that need to be made. She is all about selling your home (or helping you buy one) the reason you’re hiring her in the first place. We actually ended up getting slightly more than we originally expected, and the actual sale went FAR smoother than expected. It was on the market for less time than we expected. I would recommend Rhonda to absolutely anyone. She will work harder for you than you can imagine. She is communicative in all the right ways.
