I first met Rhonda Smith in 2016 when the PS agent who was selling my mother's house allowed the house to sit for nearly a year, and I was so busy in life that I thought it was normal/buyer's market. So, when buying and selling again in 2025, once again, Rhonda worked hard to get us results in record time. Rhonda Smith did a great job of helping me find my home. Although it took months and multiple offers she was very patient throughout the process.
