Had a big house in a nice neighborhood so I went to a big firm

Had a big house in a nice neighborhood so I went to a big firm. They were lazy and sat on their hands. Rhonda was amazing, attentive, communicative and helped us through a very complicated closing. I highly recommend her regardless of home value, don’t assume Southeby’s is a better fit for nicer homes. Rhonda will get it done and keep you very well informed in the process.

As first time homebuyers, we were mostly clueless as to how the process would work

As first time homebuyers, we were mostly clueless as to how the process would work or what we should expect. Rhonda was helpful from the first meeting until we closed on our home a month and a half later. As well as being very personable and professional, she also answered so many of our questions that most other people during the home buying assumed we should already know . Not only was she very responsive to email/phone calls, she was patient with us throughout the entire process, never rushed us or steered us in the wrong direction, and she was willing to work with our busy work schedules to show homes at odd times of the day/week. With her help, we ended up closing on a home that we were incredibly happy with. If you are looking for a home in the Houston area, definitely recommend her

Rhonda Quillin is by far one of the best realtors we have ever met

Rhonda Quillin is by far one of the best realtors we have ever met. She is passionate about finding you the right house. We met Rhonda a couple of years before we needed to find a house, but sought her out to be our realtor when the time was right to purchase our home. Rhonda was not even working at the time we called about the house we wanted to look at. Late one Friday evening she got our family in to see what is now our house and was up at the crack of dawn Saturday morning putting our offer letter in to the sellers. Rhonda was with us every step of the way and guided us with good advice. Rhonda even helped us by finding new tenants for the rental we were living in prior. We would recommend her for buying, selling, or renting. She is an honest realtor who will work tirelessly for you.
