Was looking to rent a home Feb of this year, reached out on social media with the intent of looking for a rental on a couple local pages. Rhonda was the first to reach out to me and suggested buying with my budget and price range. I have rented for 20 years previously and had no idea of how the process would play out. She explained everything very well and seemed like she made it a personal goal to get me and my kids into a good home that we would be happy with. Constantly shared properties that were consistent with what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable of the area, and did right by me every chance she had. Kept a great attitude and always had a smile on her face. Through the process of submitting documentation, waiting on underwriting, inspections you name it she was always there with the information I needed and always available if anything came up. A couple issues post closing she was there to ensure everything was completed and helped every step of the way. If you’re looking for a new home, give her a shot, you won’t regret it. I can’t thank you enough Rhonda for all you have done for me and my family.. when it comes time to get the big house in the country you will be my go to!
