I can't say enough good things about Rhonda, she was patient during this difficult time for selling a house. High interest rates and location made this sale particularly difficult. She always kept me informed and helped me understand what was going on when it through the process. She was always professional and she knew her business very well. Rhonda did an amazing job finding a house for us. We had some very specific criteria and she helped us look a many locations pointing out the pros/cons of each one base on our want and needs. When we finally found the house we wanted, she guides through the buying process very precisely, answering all our questions. She was able to get an amazing deal, even though the seller and the seller's agent were a bit of a hassle to work with. I highly recommend Rhonda for all your real estate needs.
