Rhonda is an excellent realtor. She was very helpful and responsive during the process. She had an assistant that dropped the ball on a few things, but Rhonda was always available (even very late hours!) to answer questions and/or address things. My deal was going to be a short sale, but ended up stretching out and eventually become a full price offer....and Rhonda took on alot of effort to deal with the mortgagor during that process. For this particular deal, she had dual agency. I think she was ethical in representing both myself as the seller and her buyer, however the numbers in my sale price vs expenses estimate were off...so I accepted proposed closing costs and some other items that caused me to lose money (which is much better than where we started)...that wouldn't have likely made it through if it wasn't dual agency. Overall I'd recommend her with a minor caveat on dual agency (and that assistant)!
