Rhonda negotiated the challenging and frustrating process of purchasing a lot with a house on the lot that was foreclosed. There were a number of paperwork issues and Rhonda stayed on task faithfully to get through the repeated need for for redoing paperwork based on the detailed denials by the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac agency requirements.

We bought a home here in Stokesdale while we were still living in Massachusetts. Of course we had a million questions for Rhonda, and she was very prompt and professional. She got back to us immediately, and always had an answer for us. It was not easy for us to be selling one house in Mass. while buying another one down here, but Rhonda made us feel at ease and went above and beyond helping us make the move. I personally worked with Rhonda Holland. Honestly she was very warm and caring. She cared so much about what was going on with the purchase I was making I believe she stressed right along with me. Because she knew how much purchasing a house in Eden, N.C. meant to me. I live in Florida so it was Rhonda who had to deal with everything that was happening keeping me informed along the way. We really appreciated Rhonda's desire to accommodate our different schedules and meet us when it was convenient for us, no matter the day or time.
