Rhonda has expansive knowledge of the area and surrounding areas. She also took the time to explain each step of the process to me as we were moving through, which was EXTREMELY helpful because this is my first house. She was very responsive throughout the entire process and was very professional in communications with me, appraisers, inspectors and anyone else involved in the process. I would highly recommend working with her!
