From the beginning Rhonda was incredibly helpful and accommodating with our relocation from another state. Because we were unfamiliar with the area, she helped us narrow our online search to find a house with a short commute to work. With a list in hand we scheduled our flights. Rhonda was understanding and flexible with our ever-changing flight dates. She also suggested a great hotel in Rome. Rhonda came to our rescue immediately after we arrived in Atlanta and the rental car company did not honor our reservations, leaving us stranded in an familiar city without a car. Apparently there was a wide spread car shortage and we couldn’t get a car anywhere. It was nearly midnight and we were a bit panicked. Due to Covid, the original plan was to drive separately and meet Rhonda at each house but upon hearing the news, without hesitation, Rhonda offered to pick us up in the morning at our hotel. Such a relief considering we only had a few days and wanted to spend them house hunting not rental car hunting! Rhonda’s knowledge of the area, combined with her ability to ask the right questions, got us to the houses likely to have the most potential. The first day, we made an offer on an amazing home, which was accepted and the process to purchase began. She also helped us select a home warranty best tailored to cover the new home. She’s been available anytime we’ve needed her and continues to be helpful now that we’re in the new house. As with any new home purchase, it was a rollercoaster ride but Rhonda was always a pleasure!
