Rhonda made the home selling process so easy. I was living in Florida and she was able to send me all the paperwork electronically. I never had to worry about anything as she kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Rhonda, provided a detailed marketing analysis of the houses that sold in my area with similar sq/ft, type, location and design. She conducted a walk-thru with tips and advice on what should be done prior to listing, (remove old wallpaper, paint, replace some bathroom fixtures). She provided advice on staging the house and assisted with moving some furnishing in or out of site, remove clutter from site and provide an open fresh look for showing. Rhonda worked with me in identifying a time for pictures which included overhead aerial pictures of the neighborhood and surrounding area with use of her drone. She help me identify an asking price and other key elements; such as 30 days free occupancy, inspections and appliances remaining with the house. Rhonda was very accommodating with my concerns related to showing my house and the time frame used with an identified cut-off date and time. Within 48 hours of listing my house I received three solid offers. Rhonda assisted me by explaining each of the three offers, pros/cons, in making a decision on which offer to accept. Rhonda always kept me update via, txt, email, phone on progress throughout the entire process and always returned my calls, txt, emails in an expeditious manner. Rhonda kept me updated as to the closing, date, time and location and provided support through the closing process. I have bought and sold several houses during my lifetime but this experience by far was the quickest and with the least amount of effort on my part. She basically took care of everything. She is so awesome, I love Rhonda. She has stuck by my side for the past 3 or 4 yrs. Rhonda was always checking up on me, seeing if I was doing what I was supposed to.
