Rhonda and I used to work together, actually she was my boss in a sales position. So it was easy for me to choose an agent when I realized she was in real estate. First of all, they were some physical problems, a hot water heater blew its top when we were out of town. Being I was unable to travel, she helped my wife with a very stressful citation (above and beyond) I would say. She helped us list the home for the correct price. Now she helped us negotiate the highest offer price, see it through to closing. Very personable always ready to help. Rhonda Batchelor was a Godsend. Even though she missed listing our home by one day, she stood by and helped us over the "humps" through another agents sales contract. When we then started looking for a new home, she was so patient and helpful, always making herself available for appointments (no matter what county they were in) and scheduling and even taking a second look at several homes. When we finally did write a contract on the home we now live in, she made everything so easy, right through the closing.
