It was absolutely wonderful working with Rhonda through the sale of my deceased mother's estate, from beginning to end. I was referred by word-of-mouth from a friend. My mother's estate had many difficult elements involved, and there were times the whole process seemed overwhelming, but she was nothing but encouraging and went above and beyond what any realtor would do. I spoke with 6 other realtors, but she proved to be the most knowledgeable to get the house on the market--house sold in one week. She advised me through the process. She let me know what was worth spending money on and what wasn't--even saving me from spending hundreds or thousands of unnecessary dollars, that I would have otherwise spent in my own preparation. I even got more for the sale of the house, then I thought I would, and I can thank her for that. Rhonda even went as far as pulling weeds from the garden and actually found my lost wedding ring in the process. She was very personable and professional, and my wife and I loved working with her and getting to know her. I can't say enough good things about her, and just appreciate all her input, insight, and hands on help to get the estate sold.
