My husband and I met Rhonda when we returned to California in 2002. We met with her for the first time on a Saturday, put down an offer that Wednesday after, and were accepted by the next Saturday. It literally took a week for her to get us the perfect home. Not only that, but we beat out many other buyers who offered more money and much higher amounts down.
