Theresa and Rhonda established trust with my parents and gave service far beyond the value they brought to the table. They were dependable. They return calls immediately. They walked my parents through every bit of the selling process. As a realtor myself, I can say that I would trust them with helping me buy or sell a home.
The greatest team ever! Had showings the same day as the listing went live. Sold VERY quickly. We were notified of each of the showings and the buyers comments. I've used Theresa Allen before and she never disappoints. We are so lucky to have her in our lives. The team's guidance through the process was great. We completed any additional paperwork online and were notified of all updates along the way.
Theresa and Rhonda are the best. Both are knowledgeable, caring, and professional.

It was a pleasure working with Rhonda again! We had a short time table to find a home in Ohio after our Florida home sold. Rhonda set up multiple visits over two days and with her eagle eye was able to steer us clear from potential problems! If/ when we are in need to sell/buy a home I will NOT hesitate to call Rhonda!!
Rhonda was super friendly and accommodating. She was very good at communication, and responds to your questions or concerns in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs.
I would recommend Theresa to my friends and relatives.
Theresa and Rhonda go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of in both phases of selling and buying. They work together so well that if one of them is busy the other is there to fill in. We consider them family! Thank you ladies for making everything easy as possible inspite of all of the challenges!
Well done & would gladly work with cutler again very soon.

Theresa and Rhonda were personable and efficient. The entire process was well explained. While everything from original signing to a pre-listing showing to preparation for photos to final paperwork went at lightning speed, yet I never felt rushed to move to the next step.
