I MADE INQUIRIES ON A PROPERTY IN PRE-FORECLOSURE STATUS AND SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I DON'T REALLY UNDERSTAND WHY PROPERTIES SET FOR MONTHS AS A PRE-FORECLOSURE STATUS AND SHE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT IT IS UP TO THE BANK AND THEIR BACKLOG.
