Spring of 2023 This letter will serve as my “very high letter of recommendation” for Real Estate Agent Rhiannon Barbour. She assisted me with the selling of my home. As a busy executive, she doesn’t have time to waste. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting my time. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails (even after midnight) I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly, and we closed on time. As mentioned above, she represented me on the sale side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my agent again if I were buying a property. She is very smart, (and easy on the eyes!) and transactions can sometime become very complex. I was told about Rhiannon by a family friend and decided to talking to someone local would be better as I was having a terrible time with a couple other avenues. There were a couple times I had to re-schedule on my end and she was always available to fit my schedule. After a couple of showings she knew exactly what I was looking for. Whether it be the area, price range, amenities or deal breakers. I first started looking last year but the market was poor and took a break. I was glad she was available when I started looking again.
